Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to engage guests, perform eyebrow and facial waxing, tinting, and other short services in the Brow Bar, while promoting Benefit brand services. You will book appointments, build client relationships, and uphold brand standards.

The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required by law, strong guest service, and the ability to stay informed on trends and products. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and drive sales through personalized service.
• Perform brow/eye services including waxing and tinting.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and offer demonstrations to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Brow Bar and surrounding areas.
