Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States is seeking a Brow Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests and guiding product selections. The role includes performing brow and facial services, waxing, tinting, and demonstrations to drive sales while delivering excellent guest service.

Licensure in Esthetics or Cosmetology is required by law where applicable. The position emphasizes training, events, and collaboration with store teams to grow the business and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
• Experience in make-up application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Book appointments and maintain the Brow Bar area per brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety, sanitation and state guidelines.
