Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (Benefit brand) to maximize sales by engaging guests, performing waxing and tinting, and guiding product recommendations on the sales floor. The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required by law and strong guest-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; state license may be required.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law where applicable.
• Experience in makeup applications and brow services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and store targets.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, tweezing and lash applications.
• Book appointments and maintain a high level of guest service and engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of Brow Bar and surrounding areas.
• Participate in training and promotions to drive sales and guest loyalty.
