Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; Cosmetology or esthetics license required where state law dictates.
• Experience with makeup applications, eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and brow tinting is preferred.
• Strong sales skills and ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and service goals for Benefit brand and Ulta Beauty.
• Greet guests, understand needs, and recommend products and services.
• Perform brow bar services including waxing, tinting, and lash applications per policies.
• Schedule initial and return services and events using the appointment system.
• Maintain clean, compliant Brow Bar area and assist with inventory and merchandising.
