Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (Arch Expert) to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, guiding selections, and performing short services including eyebrow waxing and tinting. Must hold an active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by law, with strong guest service and product knowledge.

The role emphasizes service, retail sales, and in-store events, with training opportunities and a dynamic, team-oriented environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
• Experience in makeup applications; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Conduct Brow Bar services (eyebrow waxing, tinting, tweezing, threading) following policies.
• Use the appointment system to book initial and return services and events.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards and keep the Brow Bar area replenished and organized.
• Build strong customer relationships and participate in in-store trainings and events.
