Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (Arch Expert) to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver exceptional guest service in-store. You will perform waxing, tinting, makeup applications, and related services, while building a client base and maintaining the Brow Bar area in a compliant, sanitary manner.

The role requires an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license and strong product knowledge, with a focus on sales, guest experience, and teamwork within the store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law
• Experience in make-up application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging every guest and recommending products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Perform short services at the Brow Bar including waxing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Book guest appointments and maintain schedules according to store procedures.
• Maintain cleaning and stocking of Brow Bar and related areas.
