Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert Brow Waxing Specialist to maximize sales for the Benefit brand and deliver exceptional guest service. You will perform brow waxing, tinting, makeup services, and product demonstrations while representing brand image on the sales floor.

The role requires an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license where required by state law, and a passion for beauty, guest relations, and ongoing learning through brand trainings and in-store events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; Cosmetology or esthetics license required where law permits.
• Experience in makeup application and brow/face services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform brow and makeup services to drive sales.
• Book appointments and manage Brow Bar operations.
• Maintain brand standards, hygiene, and inventory.
• Build customer relationships and promote loyalty programs.
