Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking the Arch Expert (Benefit brand) to maximize in-store sales through personalized guest services, brow and facial services, and product recommendations. This role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license and a passion for beauty trends.

You will perform brow waxing, tinting, and related services at the Brow Bar, build a loyal client base, and collaborate with store teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding Ulta Beauty's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing/tinting is preferred.
• Strong sales and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests and meeting service goals.
• Perform brow waxing, tinting, and related services.
• Book and manage appointments using the store system.
• Maintain Brow Bar cleanliness and inventory, adhering to safety standards.
• Build and maintain a loyal Benefit clientele and participate in trainings.
• Collaborate with team and brand partners to drive promotions.
