Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing/Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, performing brow and facial services, and expanding a loyal clientele. The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license, strong guest service, and knowledge of brow and makeup trends.

The position supports in-store events and training, with a focus on performance, people, and process. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required where required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and eyebrow/facial waxing preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to determine needs and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Book appointments and meet sales/service goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and brand standards in the Brow Bar and store.
• Stay informed on trends and product knowledge to assist guests.
