Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales at the Brow Bar, performing waxing, tinting, and makeup services while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will engage guests, recommend services, and manage appointments to meet sales and service goals.

The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and tinting preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Greet and engage every guest, tailor services to needs, and suggest complementary products or services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book guests for initial and return services and events using the appointment system.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, products, and benefits to better serve guests.
• Ensure prompt, regular attendance and adherence to policies and procedures.
