Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert for the Benefit brand to maximize sales and provide exemplary guest service. You will perform brow and facial services, conduct makeovers, and guide guests through products and services in-store.

The role requires an esthetics or cosmetology license as per state law, a focus on customer experience, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge effectively. Flexible schedule and store-wide collaboration are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain Brow Bar area, equipment, and hygiene per policy.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and state guidelines and dress code.
