Job summary

Required esthetics or cosmetology license, high school diploma preferred, and strong guest service skills. Training and brand events are part of the role with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience with makeup application and brow/eyebrow waxing is preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment used to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize services, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain compliance with policies and hygiene standards.
• Keep Brow Bar replenished and presentable; manage inventory and testers.
