Job summary

Avocado Green Brands is hiring for an on-site Retail/Store role in Brooklyn, NY. You will lead retail operations, coach staff and manage customer experiences to align with our sustainable brand.

You will drive KPIs/OKRs around sales, coordinate events, train teammates, and collaborate with customer experience, production and logistics to maintain a low return rate while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience including store management/KEYHOLDER responsibilities.
• Passionate about brand values such as healthy living, environmental awareness and social responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Create, report, drive and track KPIs/OKRs around sales goals.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to the team.
• Engage with customers and employees as a brand advocate.
• Coordinate in-location events including virtual experiences.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email/chat/showroom.
• Train team on new products released.
• Manage daily workload of customer emails and showroom interactions.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews for employee development.
