Avocado Green Brands in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Retail Brand Experience Store Manager to lead our Brooklyn storefront on-site. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching a frontline team, and acting as the brand advocate during events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, including store management, with experience leading a team.
• Passion for our brand’s values of healthy living, environmental awareness and social responsibility.
• Experience in creating, reporting, and tracking KPIs / OKRs around sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and sales goals to drive performance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Engage customers and act as a brand advocate in-store and at events.
• Plan and coordinate in-store and virtual events to promote the brand.
• Respond to customer inquiries across channels and resolve issues.
• Train staff on new products and processes; perform monthly performance reviews.
• Collaborate with customer experience, production and logistics teams to optimize operations.
