Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and related systems.
• Completes assigned service requests and repairs to standards in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant units are rent-ready promptly.
• Performs preventative maintenance and turnkey work as required.
• Maintains safety culture and follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Handles painting and minor repairs as needed.
