Job summary
Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Pine Brook, NJ to maintain and repair apartment homes and systems to deliver exceptional resident experiences. The role involves diagnosing and fixing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building components, completing service requests promptly, and supporting preventative maintenance programs.
Applicants should have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and be able to participate in on-call rotations.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation and communicate effectively with residents.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and other systems.
- Complete service requests and repairs promptly per standards.
- Ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner; perform turnkey work as needed.
- Conduct apartment preventative maintenance.
- Assist in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
