Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (not for interview).
• Understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, valuation, finance, and market dynamics.
• Love to build relationships through cold calls and networking.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Motivated self-starter with strong organization to manage multiple deals.

Responsibilities

• Source new business through outreach, cold calling, canvassing, and relationship building.
• Conduct market research and track property ownership and due diligence in Brooklyn.
• Canvas neighborhoods to photograph assets and track developments.
• Attend industry events to connect with owners, investors, and developers.
• Assist in preparing valuations, offering memoranda, marketing proposals, and financial analyses.
• Support client engagement, negotiations, and transaction management from pitch to close.
