Responsibilities

• Canvas neighborhoods to assess market activity and new developments.
• Attend industry events to connect with owners, investors, and developers.
• Assist in preparing valuations, offering memoranda, marketing proposals, and financial analyses.
• Support client engagement, negotiations, and transaction management from pitch to close.
