Job summary

TerraCRG in Brooklyn, NY seeks the first dedicated Debt Financing sales professional to build a book of business and shape TerraCRG’s debt advisory platform in the borough. You’ll cultivate lenders and owners, creating tailored financing solutions and leading deals end‑to‑end with support from senior brokers.

You will work with TerraCRG’s investment sales and research teams to assemble robust loan packages, analyze capital stacks, and navigate term sheets through closing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of debt brokerage or commercial investment sales experience.
• Strong understanding of CRE finance, deal structure, underwriting, and capital markets.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with lenders and principals.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple active deals.

Responsibilities

• Uncover new debt opportunities and cultivate relationships with Brooklyn owners, investors, lenders and developers.
• Build and manage your own pipeline; meet borrowers and lenders to identify financing strategies.
• Partner with investment sales and research teams to produce loan packages and market intelligence.
• Analyze capital stacks, financials, and market trends to craft tailored debt solutions.
• Negotiate with lenders and guide clients from term sheet through underwriting and closing.
• Pitch alongside investment sales brokers to elevate TerraCRG’s execution and presence.
