Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process; real estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lease administration for a portfolio of properties.
• Monitor rent collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; oversee CAM reconciliations.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts per company/client requirements.
• Abstract leases in lease administration software and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate construction work with clients and property teams; ensure timely completion.
• Lead property staff and maintain strong tenant/client relationships.
