Job summary

FOX BROOKHAVEN LLC in Brookhaven, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead our Fox Bros BBQ location. The GM will oversee all restaurant operations, staff training, and customer experience, ensuring adherence to our culture and standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of managerial experience in full-service dining or at a hotel/resort outlet, strong leadership, and financial acumen. The GM will manage budgets, payroll, and health & safety compliance to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager of a full service restaurant or assistant F&B Outlet Manager at a high quality hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of payroll, inventory and purchasing procedures.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in Fox Bros BBQ style, culture, practices and philosophy.
• Oversee hiring, training, supervision and discipline of all restaurant staff.
• Manage wage adjustments, transfers and promotions.
• Oversee menu changes and POS programming.
• Ensure safety, health code compliance and incident reporting.
• Drive EBITDA by managing costs and productivity.
• Forecast and monitor budget to meet objectives.
• Ensure staff are clocked in and payroll is properly processed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Oversee daily pre-shift meetings and management team meetings.
