Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps >6 months in past 36 months.
• Rehire: max 3 times at Cobb/Tyson Foods; internal applicants prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair on-farm infrastructure and equipment as part of preventive maintenance.
• Perform electrical wiring tasks, lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and related installations.
• Operate tools and machinery; follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures; report defects to supervisor.
