Cobb Sweetwater Farm in Rose, OK is hiring a Brooder House Worker to supervise and train team members caring for brooding birds. Attendance and safety rules apply, with respirator certification maintained annually.

The role includes temperature control, feeding, record-keeping, and occasional driving between facilities; prior ag/production experience preferred. Starting pay is $21.20 per hour with additional shift differentials for evenings and weekends, and benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps over 6 months in the past 36 months.
• Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
• Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising, supporting, and training Brooder House Worker Team Members attending to birds in brooding.
• Maintain attendance point level and ensure respirator certification as required.
• Adjust controls to regulate temperature in chicken houses; supervise feeding and mortality records.
• Drive farm vehicle and transport eggs/chicks between farm and hatchery; maintain computer records.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and safety duties per guidelines.
