Job summary

Premiere Plus Realty, Co. is seeking a Real Estate Broker to support agents across Downtown Naples and Marco Island. The role blends in-person broker support with statewide guidance, ensuring compliant transactions and smooth operations.

You will split your week between the Naples and Marco Island offices, while also assisting the statewide agent network by phone and email. A Florida broker license and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate Broker license with at least 3 years of experience in sales, transactions, or compliance.
• Familiarity with NABOR and MIAAOR policies and MLS rules.
• Ability to explain complex requirements in plain language to agents.
• Willingness to divide time between Downtown Naples and Marco Island offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person broker support across both offices (Naples 3 days/wk, Marco Island 2 days/wk).
• Review contracts, disclosures, and documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Offer statewide support to Premiere Plus Realty associates via phone and email.
• Coach agents on compliance and process improvements; identify training needs.
• Maintain and improve compliance SOPs, checklists, and internal resources.
