Job summary

Premiere Plus Realty is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Broker to support two Southwest Florida markets—Bonita Springs and Cape Coral. Your depth of Florida real estate knowledge will help agents navigate contracts, disclosures, MLS rules, and complex transactions.

You’ll split your week between our Bonita Springs (3 days) and Cape Coral (2 days) offices, while also serving a statewide network by phone and email.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate Broker license.
• 3+ years of real estate sales or brokerage experience.
• Familiarity with RPCRA and CCOR MLS policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent broker support across Bonita Springs (3 days) and Cape Coral (2 days).
• Guide associates through contracts, disclosures, Florida real estate requirements, MLS rules, and transactional documentation.
• Review transactions for accuracy and compliance; escalate when needed.
• Stay updated on Florida real estate law, forms, contracts, MLS requirements, and brokerage policies.
• Coach associates to reduce recurring compliance issues and improve processes.
