Job summary

Premiere Plus Realty, a leading Southwest Florida independent brokerage, seeks a skilled Real Estate Broker to provide in-person support across Downtown Naples and Marco Island. You will guide associates through contracts, disclosures, MLS rules, and compliance, ensuring precise documentation and timely responses.

With a Florida broker license and 3+ years of experience, you’ll coach colleagues, stay ahead of regulatory changes, and help maintain high standards statewide.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate Broker license with 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate sales, transactions, brokerage operations, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of Florida contracts, disclosures, MLS rules and brokerage practices.
• Proven ability to explain complex requirements clearly and support colleagues in contract management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on broker support for Downtown Naples and Marco Island offices, 3 days/2 days per week respectively.
• Maintain knowledge of NABOR and MIAAOR policies, MLS rules, forms and compliance requirements.
• Assist statewide network via phone and email with timely, accurate guidance on contracts and regulations.
• Review transactions for accuracy and compliance to prevent routine issues from becoming bigger risks.
