Job summary

Premiere Plus Realty, Co. is seeking a non-selling Broker Support professional to assist Florida real estate professionals across Bonita Springs and Cape Coral. The role focuses on contract guidance, disclosures, MLS rules, and compliance to keep transactions running smoothly.

You’ll split your week between offices, supporting statewide associates by phone and email, and partnering with Compliance to ensure consistent standards. Ideal for broker-level experience with a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate Broker license with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience navigating Florida contracts, disclosures, MLS rules.
• Ability to work across multiple offices and support statewide network by phone and email.
• Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to explain complex requirements in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent broker support across Bonita Springs and Cape Coral offices (3 days/2 days per week).
• Maintain knowledge of RPCRA and CCOR policies, MLS rules, forms, and compliance requirements.
• Support statewide network via phone and email, delivering timely guidance.
• Advise on contracts, disclosures, Florida real estate requirements, and transaction best practices.
• Review transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; resolve routine issues.
• Stay ahead of changes to Florida real estate law, forms, contracts, and policies; translate into guidance.
