Broker Support Naples, FL, US
Real Estate Broker – Downtown Naples & Marco Island
2 days ago Requisition ID: 1014
Salary Range: $58,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually
This is a unique opportunity to support real estate professionals across two of Southwest Florida's most established markets. You'll divide your week between our Downtown Naples office (3 days) and Marco Island office (2 days), becoming a familiar, trusted resource to associates in both locations while also supporting our statewide network of agents by phone and email.
- $58,000-$70,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus potential performance incentives.
- Company-paid REALTOR® association memberships with both NABOR (Primary) and MIAAOR (Secondary), including applicable MLS and Supra fees.
- Health insurance option with 75% of the employee premium paid by employer.
- 401(k) with up to 4% employer matching contributions, subject to plan eligibility and terms.
- 8 paid company holidays annually; paid time off accrued in accordance with company policy.
You’re the Person Other Agents Call When the Contract Gets Complicated
You've spent years learning Florida real estate, contracts, disclosures, MLS rules, and the practical details that make a transaction work. You're calm when a deal gets messy, you catch details others miss, and you know how to explain the right next step without making people feel small for asking.
Maybe you still love real estate, but you're ready to use your broker-level experience without prospecting, chasing commissions, or building another book of business. You'd rather solve problems, protect the brokerage, and help good agents get it right.
Use Your Broker Expertise Without the Sales Grind
Premiere Plus Realty is one of Southwest Florida's largest independent brokerages, with offices across Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral. Our model is built around unparalleled support for Florida REALTORS®, and our Brokerage & Risk Team is a major part of that promise.
In this role, you'll be a trusted Tier 2 Support Broker, helping associates navigate everything from everyday contract questions to complicated transaction challenges. You'll be a sounding board, a problem-solver, and a familiar face they can count on when they need guidance. As part of our Brokerage & Risk Team, you'll work closely with our Managing Broker, fellow Support Brokers, and Compliance professionals to support our associates, maintain consistent standards, and prevent small issues from becoming bigger problems.
Your home base will be split between our Downtown Naples office (3 days per week) and Marco Island office (2 days per week), where you'll provide hands-on, in-person support and build strong relationships with associates in both markets. But your impact won't stop at those office doors. As part of our statewide Brokerage & Risk Team, you'll also provide support to Premiere Plus Realty associates across Florida through phone and email, working collaboratively with fellow brokers to ensure every associate has access to timely, knowledgeable guidance.
This is a non-competing role with predictable weekday hours. You will not serve as the Managing Broker or qualifying broker, and higher-risk legal, regulatory, disciplinary, and brokerage-authority matters are escalated to the Managing Broker.
What You'll Own
- Provide consistent, accessible, in-person Broker Support across our Downtown Naples office (3 days per week) and Marco Island office (2 days per week), building strong relationships with associates in both locations.
- Maintain a working knowledge of NABOR and MIAAOR policies, procedures, MLS rules, forms, and compliance requirements, ensuring associates receive accurate guidance specific to their respective markets.
- Support associates throughout Premiere Plus Realty's statewide network via phone and email, collaborating with fellow Support Brokers to deliver timely, consistent guidance regardless of location.
- Be a trusted daily Broker Support resource for associate questions involving contracts, disclosures, Florida real estate requirements, MLS rules, compensation documentation, and transaction best practices.
- Review transactions and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, and help resolve routine issues before they become larger risks.
- Stay ahead of changes to Florida real estate law, forms, contracts, MLS requirements, and brokerage policies, then translate approved changes into practical guidance.
- Identify recurring compliance patterns and partner with the Managing Broker and fellow Brokerage & Risk Team members on audits, corrective actions, process improvements, and risk-prevention initiatives.
- Coach associates through compliance mistakes and partner with our Broker Training & Support Specialist when recurring issues point to a broader training need.
- Maintain and improve compliance SOPs, checklists, FAQs, decision guides, and internal resources so the right process is easy to find and Followed By All.
What Success Looks Like
- Associates receive accurate, consistent answers quickly and know when an issue requires Managing Broker involvement.
- Recurring compliance mistakes are visible, tracked, and addressed through better coaching, systems, or training.
- Changes in forms, laws, MLS rules, and brokerage standards are implemented clearly and on time.
- The Managing Broker has useful visibility into emerging risks instead of learning about them after they become problems.
- Broker Support feels both accountable and supportive: agents understand the standard and feel empowered to meet it.
Who Thrives Here
- An active Florida Real Estate Broker license, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, transactions, brokerage operations, or compliance.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping other people succeed, understands that no question is too small, and can make even the most overwhelmed associate feel supported, respected, and confident in their next steps.
- Someone familiar with both NABOR and MIAAOR, including their respective MLS systems, policies, procedures, and local real estate practices, or who has the experience and initiative to quickly develop that expertise.
- A professional who enjoys being present and accessible to associates and is comfortable dividing their workweek between our Downtown Naples and Marco Island offices.
- Willing and able to maintain dual REALTOR® association membership with NABOR and MIAAOR as part of the position. (Company Paid)
- Someone with strong command of Florida contracts, disclosures, brokerage practices, and MLS requirements.
- A calm, approachable problem-solver who can explain complex requirements in plain language.
- A detail-driven professional who notices patterns, follows through, documents decisions, and knows when to elevate.
- A collaborative teammate who is comfortable with transaction-management systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and learning new technology.
- Someone who wants to serve in a non-competing capacity and help other real estate professionals succeed.
The Plan
- Apply. Send us your resume and tell us what part of broker support or compliance work you enjoy most.
- Meet us. Talk with our leadership and Broker Support teams and see how we serve our associates.
- Launch. Get to know our associates, learn our systems, build relationships across both offices, and help us take an already strong Broker Support experience to the next level.
If you enjoy contracts, problem-solving, coaching agents, and improving systems - and you want to stay deeply involved in real estate without building a personal sales business - we'd love to hear from you.
