Premiere Plus Realty Co. in Naples, FL is seeking a Real Estate Broker to support two markets: Downtown Naples (3 days) and Marco Island (2 days).

You’ll assist agents with contracts, disclosures, and transactional questions, while guiding them to compliant, broker‑level outcomes. The role includes a base salary of $58,000–$70,000 plus incentives, employer-paid REALTOR® memberships, health coverage, a 401(k) match, and paid holidays/time off.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate Broker license required.
• 3+ years of real estate experience in sales, transactions, or brokerage operations.
• Familiarity with NABOR and MIAAOR policies and MLS rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide broker‑level support across two markets (Naples & Marco Island).
• Assist with contracts, disclosures, and transactional guidance.
• Review transactions for accuracy and compliance to prevent risks.
• Coach and support associates, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain and improve compliance SOPs, checklists, and decision guides.
• Collaborate with Managing Broker and Brokerage & Risk Team.
