You will execute core broker-dealer workflows, investigate exceptions, and drive improvements for millions of customers. Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services operations or brokerage operations.
• Working knowledge of U.S. equities trade lifecycle concepts.
• Experience investigating data breaks or operational exceptions.
• Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment and handle exceptions.
• Familiarity with Jira, SQL, and workflow-automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily reconciliations of trades, positions, balances, and cash with Apex records.
• Assist customer account onboarding, maintenance, and exception escalation.
• Process inbound and outbound securities transfers (ACATs) end-to-end.
• Monitor alerts, prioritize issues, and coordinate remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Review corporate action notices and validate post-event allocations.
• Identify recurring failure modes and propose improvements to reduce manual work.
