Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services operations or brokerage ops.
• Knowledge of U.S. equities lifecycle: orders, settlement, transfers.
• Experience investigating data breaks or exceptions and resolving them.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily reconciliations between Coinbase and Apex records with documentation.
• Support customer account onboarding and maintenance workflows.
• Process inbound/outbound securities transfers (ACATs) end-to-end.
