Job summary

Thrivent Financial in Minneapolis, MN seeks an Adv Brokerage Operations Professional to handle incoming calls and processing of new account documents, transfers (ACAT and non-ACAT), and service requests with accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze non-routine transactions, collaborate with field professionals, and work toward timely, high-quality client service while maintaining policy adherence and pursuing department goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1-2 years in financial services are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; specifically Outlook.
• FINRA licenses Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Answer member and field phone calls; assist team; manage workflow and coverage.
• Maintain understanding of brokerage operations products, systems, and policies.
• Build professional relationships with field professionals, clearing firms, and internal units.
• Analyze and approve transactions; ensure timely, accurate service and adherence to quality standards.
