Thrivent seeks a Securities Client Service Administrator to support Your Journey Financial Advisors with securities‑related tasks and daily brokerage operations. The role enhances client relations, account processing, and operational support from the Charlotte, Gastonia, or Hickory office.

Qualified candidates hold FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 7/63/65) licenses and have 3+ years in brokerage or financial services operations.

Competenze

• Must hold FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (or Series 7, 63, and 65 combo).
• 3+ years of brokerage, wealth management, or financial services operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of brokerage account servicing and investment operations.

Mansioni

• Facilitate brokerage account openings, onboarding and transfers with complete, compliant documentation.
• Process account servicing transactions such as beneficiary and ownership updates.
• Support brokerage transactions including distributions and deposits.
• Prepare for advisor/client appointments with accurate account information.
• Serve as primary operations contact, communicating status and outstanding items.
• Monitor workflows, maintain records, and support compliance and audits.
• Provide backup support to ensure business continuity and client service.
• Identify process improvements and document best practices.
