Job summary

Thrivent is seeking a Brokerage Operations associate to handle incoming calls and process new account documents, maintenance requests, distributions, and transfers, including ACAT and non-ACAT transfers. You will analyze non-routine items and collaborate with service teams to ensure accurate, timely processing.

The role requires 1–2 years in financial services and FINRA licensing (7 and 63/65 or 66) or plans to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; 1–2 years in financial services helpful.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; comfortable with multiple systems.

Responsibilities

Answer member and field calls; assist team, manage workflow, and provide coverage as needed.
Understand brokerage operations products and applicable policies and procedures.
Build professional relationships with field professionals and internal units; ensure timely service delivery.
