Job summary

Stream Realty Partners in Miami seeks a Brokerage Services Coordinator to provide hands-on administrative and transaction support for the Office Tenant Representation brokers. This in-office role focuses on keeping deals and documents on track, while also supporting general office operations during weekday hours.

The position offers room for growth into senior coordination and transaction management roles, with a collaborative team and access to marketing and analytics resources.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience in a professional setting.
• Bachelor's degree a plus; equivalent experience considered.
• Detail-oriented, organized self-starter who can set priorities and multi-task.
• Strong written communication and ability to edit marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule client property tours, and manage transaction documents.
• Prepare and organize leases, deal sheets and related paperwork.
• Maintain broker bios and lease/property files in Teams/SharePoint.
• Support marketing by creating materials and coordinating events.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and follow up to keep transactions on track.
