Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Brokerage Services Coordinator in Miami to provide hands-on administrative and transaction support for Office Tenant Representation brokers. Based in the Miami office, you will help keep deals, documentation, and day-to-day operations running smoothly, with potential growth into senior coordinator and transaction management roles.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of administrative or coordination experience in commercial real estate or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree a plus; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Detail-oriented, organized self-starter who can set priorities and juggle multiple projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable creating and editing marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; quick to learn new software.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule client property tours and prepare documents for transactions.
• Gather lease details and prepare broker deal sheets for commission payments.
• Maintain Stream's internal and external property listings databases.
• Support accounts receivable reconciliation and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate client/broker engagement events and assist with proposals and pitches.
• Create and review marketing materials in alignment with Stream branding.
