Job summary

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans’ South Central Advisor Group seeks a Practice Support Associate to provide administrative support to our financial professionals, handling inquiries, managing client communications, and assisting with securities and insurance related tasks.

The role requires licensing or willingness to obtain Series 7/66 and/or life/health insurance licenses, strong MS Office skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in securities (Series 7/66) or willing to obtain within 120 days.
• Must be insurance licensed/appointed for life/health and variable products.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer aptitude with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Research inquiries regarding client accounts.
• Provide fund values and answer product questions related to securities and insurance.
• Handle routine administrative duties and mail processing.
• Answer phones and greet members, and schedule meetings.
• Update the contact management system with client/contact information.
• Support marketing services and client communications.
• Enter data into electronic application systems as needed.
