Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Brokerage Engagement Coordinator to support the brokerage engagement team within human resources. The role covers onboarding, life cycle transactions, and retention across the US and Canada, partnering with HRBPs and Local Operations Directors to coordinate hiring, terminations, job changes, and compensation updates.

You will prepare employment documents, oversee recruitment for new brokers, and collaborate with Payroll/HR Ops on loan and bonus payments.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experience
• Administrative or human resources experience in legal or professional services environment preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, familiarity with legal contract terminology
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support of Broker onboarding, life cycle transactions and retention efforts across multiple geographies in the US and Canada
• Coordinate with HRBPs and Local Operations Directors to track hiring, terminations, job type changes, and compensation changes
• Prepare brokerage employment documents including offer letters, employment agreements, draw agreements, loan agreements, bonus memos and forms
• Oversee brokerage recruiting process for new-to-career non-incentivized brokers
• Partner with Payroll and HR Operations to facilitate loan, bonus, and draw payments
• Manage database tracking & reporting of all activity and exception reporting/approval
• Enter broker recruiting and retention deal terms into company database
• Submit documentation via HelpHub and coordinate with other departments (legal, operations, HR)
• Oversee standard contract forms/templates; assist with PowerPoint presentations and Broker Loan Overviews
