Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Brokerage Engagement Coordinator to support the brokerage engagement team within human resources. This role oversees onboarding, life-cycle transactions, and retention efforts across US and Canada, reporting to the HR Manager.

You will coordinate with HRBPs and Local Operations Directors, prepare employment documents, assist with broker recruiting, manage payments with Payroll, and maintain database tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Attention to detail in documentation and processes.
• Administrative or HR experience in a professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for onboarding, life cycle transactions, and retention efforts across US and Canada.
• Coordinate with HRBPs and Local Operations Directors on hiring, terminations, job-type changes, and compensation changes.
• Prepare brokerage employment documents including offer letters, employment agreements, draw and loan agreements, and bonus memos.
• Oversee brokerage recruiting for new-to-career non-incentivized brokers.
• Partner with Payroll and HR Operations to facilitate broker payments (loans, bonuses, draws).
• Manage database tracking and reporting of all activity and exception approvals.
• Enter completed broker terms into the company database and handle internal HR case requests.
• Oversee standard contract forms and templates; assist with PowerPoint Broker Loan Overviews.
