Ally Financial in Jacksonville is seeking a Manager, Invest Fraud Strategy & Operations to lead the brokerage fraud program. You will oversee investigations of account takeover, identity theft, and other fraud schemes while partnering with Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams.

This role blends operational leadership with strategic influence to shape fraud policy, controls, and customer protection, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive Total Rewards program.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in brokerage operations, fraud operations, investigations, or risk management.
• Experience leading teams in regulated financial services.
• Knowledge of fraud investigations and regulatory reporting (BSA).
• Familiarity with FINRA requirements a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Invest Fraud operations and drive fraud controls and customer outcomes.
• Oversee daily investigations and regulatory reporting processes.
• Collaborate across Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Brokerage teams.
• Develop and mentor department staff; manage performance and staffing.
• Monitor trends, performance, and loss drivers to improve program direction.
• Provide expert guidance on suspicious activity investigations and escalation.
