Ally is seeking a high-impact leader to direct Invest Fraud Strategy & Operations in a hybrid, office-based role across multiple locations including Lewisville, TX. You will steer fraud investigations, align cross-functional teams, and shape policy and controls for Ally Invest, delivering customer protection and program transformation.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in brokerage operations, fraud operations, investigations, risk management, or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of fraud investigations, customer protection, operational risk management, and fraud mitigation practices.
• Experience with suspicious activity investigations, regulatory reporting, and awareness of BSA requirements as they relate to investment products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Invest Fraud operations and oversee investigation and resolution of fraud events affecting Ally Invest.
• Partner with Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Brokerage teams to identify threats and improve controls.
• Drive continuous improvement to detect fraud, enhance customer outcomes, and reduce fraud losses.
