Key responsibilities include creating marketing materials in InDesign, maintaining listings in CoStar/Crexi/Salesforce, managing contracts and Letters of Intent, organizing due diligence files, and coordinating office operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more brokerage support, commercial real estate, or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with CoStar, Crexi, Salesforce and email marketing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, proof and produce marketing materials in Adobe InDesign using templates.
• Develop content for marketing materials and property descriptions.
• Enter and maintain property listings and run marketing campaigns across CoStar, Crexi and Vertical Email.
• Conduct market surveys and Excel analyses for comps, vacancy and rental data.
• Coordinate marketing with corporate marketing functions.
• Procure marketing collateral and photography.
