Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking an Agent Support Associate to serve as the primary contact for Medicare Advantage broker partners. You will provide timely, solutions-focused support across enrollment and post-enrollment lifecycle while building trusted relationships with brokers and agencies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling broker inquiries, assisting with submissions and status checks, resolving post-enrollment issues, and collaborating with internal teams to drive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or support experience.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a mindset for accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from brokers regarding Devoted Health plans, benefits, processes, and support needs.
• Assist brokers with application submissions, status checks, enrollment questions, and next steps.
• Support brokers with post-enrollment needs including effective dates, plan changes, and eligibility questions.
• Build trust through consistent, high-quality service to broker partners and members.
