Job description

We’re growing quickly and see a significant opportunity to bring more charter brokers onto Goodwin. Success in this market comes from trust, credibility, and strong relationships. We need someone who understands the charter industry firsthand, can speak the language of brokers, and can quickly establish meaningful connections with the people we want to serve. This role drives sales of our platform to charter brokers. Your job is to identify great brokers, build strong relationships, show them how Goodwin can improve the way they work, and ultimately bring them onto the platform. You’ll have significant autonomy, spend substantial time in the field, and play a major role in shaping how Goodwin grows.

  • A strong fit for this role is someone who comes from the operator side of the charter industry.
  • You’ve spent years quoting trips, working with brokers, and developing a deep understanding of how the industry operates. You know what makes a strong broker relationship and understand the challenges both sides face.
  • You enjoy charter aviation and want to stay in the industry, but you’re looking for a role that’s more outward-facing. You’re energized by meeting people in person, building relationships, attending events, and helping grow a business.
  • You enjoy working toward ambitious goals and take pride in earning trust through follow-through and strong relationships.
  • If you’ve built credibility within the industry and are excited about spending more time in the field than behind a desk, we’d love to hear from you

  • Serve as a trusted resource to brokers by bringing industry knowledge, strong judgment, and a deep understanding of the broker‑operator relationship.
  • Travel extensively to attend conferences, host events, entertain clients, and strengthen relationships across the industry. This role requires 50% travel.
  • Represent Goodwin at conferences, industry gatherings, and customer events.
  • Help establish Goodwin as a respected and trusted company within charter aviation.
  • Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and consistently move opportunities toward a decision.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Account Management to share broker feedback and help shape growth strategy.

  • You’re energized by meeting people, creating new relationships, and spending time face‑to‑face with customers.
  • You’ve consistently been trusted to represent your company, follow through on commitments, and own important relationships.
  • You’re competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by the opportunity to help grow a business.
  • You’re comfortable operating independently and creating structure where it doesn’t already exist.
