The Broker Relationship Manager (BRM) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a regional broker strategy of key broker accounts in an effort to grow TriNet's business. In this influential role, the BRM drives profitable sales of products, services, and solutions by articulating TriNet’s value proposition to executive customers. The role works closely with Sales Consultants and leadership to leverage TriNet core offerings, build long‑term relationships, and provide thought leadership. The BRM is expected to have solid product knowledge, the ability to demo specific product lines as needed, and the capacity to maintain and grow relationships while achieving company goals.
Travel may be required domestically up to 50%.

Salary range: $89,600.00 to $215,040.00. Final salary will be based on skills, education, location, and experience. Sales roles may also be eligible for commissions.
