Coastal Waste & Recycling in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Director of Broker Relations to lead and grow Coastal’s broker and strategic partner network.

You’ll own the broker-channel strategy, serve as a senior relationship leader, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Legal to convert insights into profitable growth. Regular travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in waste and recycling or related commercial role.
• Experience managing broker, consultant, or third-party relationships.
• Strong understanding of pricing, margins, contracts, and service profitability.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsabilités

• Own Coastal’s broker-channel strategy and relationships with brokers, consultants, agents, and partners.
• Develop and execute broker strategy across markets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, and Legal on broker agreements and terms.
• Monitor broker performance, profitability, and opportunities.
• Represent Coastal at meetings and industry events.
