Job summary

Habitat Health is seeking a Broker Relations Manager to own the broker/channel relationships across CA, coordinating onboarding, training, and ongoing support for Medicare agents and FMOs. You will drive referrals and enrollments while ensuring compliant, accurate PACE information and materials.

The role requires up to 50% travel within NorCal/SoCal and a background in health care or payer/provider consulting. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, contracting, onboarding, training and managing insurance agents and FMOs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the broker channel strategy to meet referral and enrollment goals.
• Recruit Medicare agents, brokers, agencies and FMOs in Habitat Health’s service areas.
• Own the full broker lifecycle – outreach, ongoing support and renewal.
• Build productive relationships with broker partners via regular communication, visits, presentations, events.
• Educate brokers on PACE eligibility, services, areas, referral procedures and timelines.
• Coordinate training including PACE education, compliance, marketing guidelines and recertification.
• Ensure brokers use approved materials and communicate accurate, compliant information.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, operations, marketing, enrollment and training teams to maintain standards.
• Track referrals from submission through enrollment and resolve barriers.
