Job summary

Clever Care Health Plan is seeking a Broker Sales Manager in California to drive enrollments through contracted Agencies and Agents. The role includes developing growth strategies, training agents, and organizing community events to meet enrollment targets ahead of AEP.

The ideal candidate will hold an active California Life and Health License, have agency/field marketing experience, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work and CMS compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Active California Life and Health Insurance License is required.
• Experience working with Insurance Agencies/Agents/Field Marketing Organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid and other government health programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand, and increase Agency distribution in the assigned market.
• Encourage agents/agencies to sell Clever Care products to clients and community.
• Evolve Provider and Community relationships to improve channel performance.
• Identify new provider and community referral opportunities.
• Manage agency co-op budgets and evaluate ROI for events.
• Lead provider and community relations activities, including events and tracking.
• Produce weekly activity reports showing ROI and key initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Marketing Guidelines and regulations.
