You will collaborate with internal partners to access accounts, gather leads, and present ADP solutions, managing multiple sales processes end-to-end until implementation is complete.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: you will develop relationships with brokerage firms through partnerships with internal ADP partners and implement a top-down sales strategy to close sales and reach goals.
• Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: help clients understand their needs and recommend solutions, earning referral business through networking and partnerships.
• Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: cross-sell cloud-based HR solutions and cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
• Collaborate Daily: act as a trusted advisor to brokers and internal partners while maintaining high ethical standards.
