Live Wire Theatrical Management is seeking an Assistant Company Manager for one of their Broadway projects to join immediately. The role supports ticketing operations including house seats, prepares daily wraps and reports, and assists Creatives and the General/Company Manager on day-to-day activities.

Proficiency in Word and Excel is required; evenings and weekend show coverage is expected. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of professional theatrical experience (Company or Stage Management

Qualifications

• Evenings and weekends required; regular show coverage duties.
• 1-2 years of professional theatrical experience, preferably in Company Management or Stage Management; Broadway experience and NMAM candidacy a plus.
• Strong sense of customer service, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and a positive, proactive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with all aspects of ticketing, including house seats.
• Preparing and sending daily wraps and ticketing reports.
• Attending to requests and needs of Creatives.
• Assisting General and Company Manager on day-to-day activities as needed.
